StatMe is a youth basketball stats and recruiting app for players, parents, coaches, and scouts, made by StatMe LLC in Sugar Land, Texas.
Need help? Email us at matthew@statme.us. We read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within one business day.
Common questions
- Joining a team. Your coach shares a team code (it looks like XXXX-XXXX). In the app, choose "I have an invite code" or Settings > Redeem Invite Code and enter it.
- Password reset. On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and follow the emailed code.
- Deleting your account and data. In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. Your login and profile information are permanently removed. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
- Parents and children under 13. Children under 13 never create their own accounts. See our Privacy Policy for how parental consent and your rights as a parent work.
- Reporting a message or a user. Long-press any message in the app to report it or block the sender. Coaches can moderate their team's threads. You can also email us with details.
- Copyright or likeness concerns. Our takedown process and designated agent are described in the Terms of Service, Section 11. Content removal requests can be emailed with the subject line "Content Removal Request".
